Support Packages Explained
Pre-paid remote support and unlimited repairs are only provided to registered devices. This is to prevent the possible exploit of providing support to more devices than the package allows. We'd love to be able to do our job for free, but we unfortunately can't :(
Each registered device will be set up to have a live remote support connection, this is to ensure that we can provide fast and efficient support. The connection is always on and will allow us to connect to your device to control it. You can refuse this always on connection if you wish.
Each item in the support package renews on a monthly basis. For instance, if you use all your callouts within the first week, any additional callouts required for the remainder of the month will be charged as ad-hoc services. This also includes remote support hours, of course.
Pre-paid callouts are only available to businesses within a certain radius of our location. I'm sure you can understand that we can't provide a callout to a business that's 100 miles away, for example. If you are located anywhere within Ayrshire you should be fine, but give us a call if you're unsure.
The unlimited drop-off repairs extra only covers the cost of the labour associated with the repair. Parts are not included.
There's no setup fee for any of our packages, but each package has an initial 3-month contract. After this period, you can cancel at any time. If you wish to cancel before the 3-month period, you will be charged whatever remains of the first 3 months. Packages are billed monthly via direct debit.
We understand that your business might grow, or shrink, and that your IT requirements might change. All of our packages can be upgraded or downgraded at any time (even during the initial 3 months)
